PlatFORM Group + Region 1 Planning Council Health Atlas: Data To Inform Housing Solutions

PlatFORM Group is proud to partner with the Region 1 Planning Council and the Rockford Regional Health Council on the launch of the Rockford Region Health Atlas—an interactive data platform that brings together critical insights on housing, health, equity, and community well-being across Northern Illinois.

Because safe, stable housing is inseparable from health and quality of life, the Atlas provides a shared, evidence-based foundation for regional planning, advocacy and investment. It will equip leaders and communities with clear, accessible insights to better align housing strategies with health equity and long-term prosperity goals.
